polishing seams

Was thinking about offering seam polishing as an upgrade,but my concern was I can see this becoming a problem when people have to dish out an xtra $500 per seam when they think should just get as stand (http://maplered.com) ard option,so then you say just add it to every kitchen,but I am affraid that I will lose many many jobs because my quote came in $1500 more than hacks-r-us down the road,because most people just don't appreciate quality when it comes with a hefty price tag.Any suggetions and (http://maplered.com) .....how many people out there are offering it.
